Local Number Portability (LNP) allows you to move your current telephone number from your current telephone service provider to Triad Telecom. Your current provider requires this Letter of Authorization<\/strong><\/a> (LOA) as proof that you have explicitly requested and authorized Triad Telecom<\/strong><\/a> to transfer your telephone number(s). By submitting this form, you authorize us to initiate the process of transferring your telephone number(s) to Triad Telecom. After the transfer is completed, your transferred telephone number(s) will be part of your Triad Telecom account. Once this form has been returned to Triad Telecom, the number porting process cannot be stopped.<\/p>\n The process of transferring your telephone number(s) will typically take a minimum of 14 business days to complete.<\/strong> During this time, your current telephone service and your Triad Telecom service will not be interrupted. Once the change has taken place, calls to your current telephone number(s) will ring to your Triad Telecom service.
